shc backup sync

sync the local backup index from the restic repository

Pull the configured restic repository’s snapshot index into the local backup cache. Snapshots created by OTHER clusters against a shared repository become visible to shc backup ls — and usable by shc backup export/shc backup restore --id — after a sync. This command never uploads anything: the snapshot data already lives in the repository; only the local index is refreshed.
